Indigenous Solidarity Ottawa invites you to a fundraising concert for the Likhts’amisyu Clan from the Wet’suwet’en Nation, featuring Demoxide (fiery punk’n’roll), Fet.Nat (poetic jazz-punk), and Jayohcee (Mohawk hip-hop warrior).

The Likhts’amisyu Clan are building permanent buildings on their territory in an effort to assert their precolonial rights and jurisdiction on their lands. They are also building infrastructure for climate research. The construction has already started and will continue into the summer.

NEW: We will also hear from someone who was at the Unist’ot’en camp when it was raided by the RCMP, and will watch a couple of short videos from the frontlines and the new site in between band sets!
